Teamworking with the Customer

With every project, there comes the day when the customer signs-off for successful completion and we move on to other things. Our Project Managers play a pivotal role in successful project delivery, but we also recognise the crucial importance of working hand-in-glove with the customer’s project team, effectively sharing “ownership” of each project.

Consultancy

Adastra has a wealth of knowledge and experience which we are happy to share with those planning or commissioning urgent care services. We do not, however, position as consultants. In our view, no organisation can provide a credible consultancy service if it has a vested interest in the outcome.

Prince 2

Adastra manages all projects using the principles of Prince 2 and our permanent staff are all Prince 2 practitioner-trained.
