Voice Recording

Adastra supplies and supports the MARATHON EVOlite series of telephone recorders as an integral part of our urgent care solutions.

The MARATHON EVOlite series of recorders are simple and quick to use, connect to a huge variety of different telephone systems and feature fast, tapeless recording. Connected to the network, any similarly-connected PC can access the recorder for management or playback of calls, offering access across multi-site organisations. As you would expect, access to the MARATHON EVOlite controls and its management application is secured, ensuring confidential conversations remain just so to all but those with the necessary rights.

Home Working

Adastra's new home working solution offers customers additional flexibility for clinical or managerial staff working away from the main base. By enabling secure access to hub-based email, shared documents and the Adastra application itself, the solution allows customers the option of having managers and clinicians to provide cover from home. Ideal for peak periods, standby cover in case of staff sickness, or temporary clinics, full access to the Adastra application and any embedded systems provides those staff with the same access as if they were working locally at the organisation's centre. Additional hardware and software is required to enable access. Other options are also available depending on individual customers' requirements.
