Our conference theme ‘The Integrated Care Journey’ built on our conviction that the modern, integrated patient pathway requires high levels of information sharing and IT system-to-system interoperability across all care settings. The programme was full and stimulating with over 50 sessions including keynotes from nationally recognised speakers and industry leaders, best practice briefings from healthcare professionals as well as numerous Adastra product and technology updates.
